Pangea is a computational precision oncology company. Pangea has developed ENLIGHT – an advanced multi-cancer response predictor. The platform uncovers clinical insights to bring effective precision oncology to cancer patients, improve oncology drug development and empower oncologists to treat patients with success.
Treatment of advanced cancer is currently encumbered by the heterogeneity of the disease, and its evolution in time. This limits the eficacy of treatment nomination solutions like ENLIGHT. In our vision, liquid biopsies can provide ongoing monitoring of the response of the tumor to therapy, and guide treatment adjustments accordingly.
Pangea will harness its expertise in uncovering functional genetic interactions to generate multidimensional features for machine learning, based on omics generated in the consortium. Furthermore, we will share our advanced data harmonization procedures with other members of the computational group.
