We are a computational biology group at the Hebrew University, integrating advanced machine learning and algorithmics with high-throughput genomic and epigenetic data.
Liquid Biopsy Vision
Computational multi-omics analysis will integrate data from various features measured from the blood. These include various aspects of cell-free DNA fragments (mutations, methylation, end points, length) across the genome and especially at carefully selected biomarker regions, as well as metabolomic and proteomic data.
Activity In The Consortium
We will identify tens to thousands of such markers from each modaility, and integrate them into sparse machine learning classifiers and regression models that can accurately identifyt and classifiy various diseases from blood, in high sensitivity and specificity.
